Constructive Rest – FREE

Every Month - Online

Constructive Rest is one of the most supportive practices you can add to your everyday life. It’s a designated time that gives you permission to focus on yourself and practice the all important directed thinking.

The sessions are about half an hour. They're recorded, edited and then shared in the Constructive Rest Club Facebook group. You're welcome to join in with your video off, but I will need to know that you're ok at the end of the session, so a virtual wave or comment in the chat is ideal.

Alexander Technique classes in person

Come and explore the principles of the Alexander Technique with fun and gentle movement.

This class is for people looking to improve their flexibility, balance and muscle tone. The work is a gentle mindful practice and the movements are surprisingly easy, but you'll notice that over time you develop a greater awareness and natural support within yourself.
