An online workshop bringing the mindful into the movement

This online workshop is designed to help you become a more body aware and ergonomic gardener, making things easier for your body as you create and manage your beautiful garden!
We’ll be working out how to use a wheelbarrow with less tension, you don’t need to bring a wheelbarrow into your space, you can use a light-weight chair instead. We’re also going to use the seat of the chair to practice some weeding, so it wants to be as close to an old fashioned kitchen or dining chair as possible.
It’s an opportunity to work out the best way for you to get really comfortable in your body and to start to notice not just what you’re doing but HOW you’re doing it.
I’m keeping the number small, so there’s lots of individual attention, however you don’t have to speak if you don’t want to – your comfort is essential in this work – emotionally and physically.
