An online, follow-up workshop from the Constructive Rest 10-Day Challenge

This online workshop is designed to help you bring your new Constructive Rest skills into your life.
It’s an opportunity to explore this work in a bit more depth, with plenty of time for working out the best way for you to get really comfortable in your body.
You’ll need enough space to be sat on a chair, and room enough to get out of it and stand in front of it. You’ll also need to have enough space in the room to take a few steps. (If I can see you during all this then that’s great, but not essential.)
I’m keeping the number small, so there’s lots of individual attention, however you don’t have to speak if you don’t want to – your comfort is essential in this work – emotionally and physically.
